Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item is faulty.
Simply snap open the clip, slide into your hair and snap closed.
Please Note: Each piece is individually handcrafted in Australia, using natural feathers, making every creation beautifully unique. Variations in feather shape, pattern and colour are part of their natural charm, so no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Lift your hair to access the clip. Hold each side of the snap clip with your fingers and press the centre with your thumbs to release it. Once open, gently slide the clip out of your hair.
To refresh and maintain the vibrancy of your feathers, every few months gently run them through the steam of a kettle. This reactivates the natural oils, restoring softness and beautifully brightening the colours, good as new!
